Yes. Cove is designed for indoor and outdoor living—from a living-room reading corner to a covered porch, patio or poolside terrace. The soft upholstery and frameless shape feel at home in either setting. Keep the underside clean and dry before moving it onto indoor floors.

Cove brings together Sunbrella upholstery, separate soft seat and back inserts, water-resistant ticking and seams sewn with bonded thread. Each piece is cut, sewn and filled in one family-run workshop in High Point, North Carolina. The premium fabric choices add a softer hand-feel and richer texture; the chair’s construction stays the same.

The seat and full-height back have separate soft inserts filled with a blend of shredded foam and polyfiber. Ticking contains the blend inside the removable outer cover. There is no rigid frame or bean filling.

The Lounge Chair is 29″ wide × 36″ deep × 30.5″ high, with a 17″ seat height and 27″ seat depth. The matching Ottoman is 29″ wide × 26.5″ deep × 17″ high. Measure your space and leave room to move around each piece.

Yes. Choose up to two free fabric swatches and compare them at home. Orders of three or more swatches have one $10 flat shipping and handling charge. An email address is required at checkout. Screen colors vary, so a physical swatch is the best guide.

Yes. The Ottoman is $199 in Cashmere, Charcoal or Willa Frond, or $249 in Nurture Pebble, Nurture White or Dobby Stripe. You can also choose the matching Chair & Ottoman Set.

Cove is made for outdoor use. Its Sunbrella cover offers fade resistance and water repellency, while the inner ticking adds another moisture-resistant layer around the filling. For best care, protect or store your Cove during prolonged rain, severe weather or long periods away, and allow every layer to dry fully before covering or storing.

Sunbrella’s water-repellent finish helps water bead on the outer fabric, while the inner ticking adds moisture resistance around the filling. Brush away surface water and let the chair dry thoroughly in a ventilated place. Water can still enter through seams or with prolonged exposure, so do not cover or store a wet chair.

A removable Sunbrella cover, one water-resistant ticking shell around each insert, a shredded foam-and-polyfiber blend, seams sewn with bonded thread, and a woven polypropylene underside. Each has a purpose: comfort, moisture resistance, a tailored finish or a fabric base.

Sunbrella brings fade and stain resistance together with an inviting upholstery feel. Its solution-dyed fibers carry color throughout, rather than only on the surface. The cover is removable for separate care, and all six Cove fabrics are Sunbrella.

Inside the outer cover, each soft insert has its own thin ticking shell. This water-resistant liner helps resist moisture reaching the foam-and-polyfiber blend while keeping the filling contained. It adds a second protective layer beneath the upholstery. After heavy rain, let all layers dry thoroughly before covering or storing your chair.

Bonding helps hold the thread’s strands together and reduces abrasion during sewing. That supports a clean, consistent stitch as the upholstery is assembled. Cove is sewn with bonded thread in our family-run High Point workshop—one of the details behind its tailored finish.

Brush off debris, clean with mild soap and water, then air dry. The removable outer cover can be machine washed cold with mild soap and air dried. Do not machine wash the filled inserts. Follow the care guide included with your order.

Furniture is currently made to order and ships in 7–10 business days. Transit time follows dispatch. Fabric swatches ship in 1–2 business days.

Furniture shipping is free within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or destinations outside the U.S., contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Your chair arrives with vacuum-sealed seat and back inserts and a separate cover. Open the vacuum bags when you’re ready to fill the cover, and guide the inserts into place while the foam is still expanding. Their compressed shape makes insertion easier. Zip the cover closed, gently shape your chair and allow 24–48 hours for full loft. No tools or rigid-frame assembly.
